Sinsang Stay only reviews information that a visitor or property representative submits through an official contact channel after that channel is opened.

A request may include a name, email address, property name, official link, correction request, public evidence link, or message needed to respond.

Submitted information may be used to answer requests, review public stay information, process correction requests, evaluate partner inquiries, and improve the service.

When a new-build claim is requested, we may review documents or public records related to building age. Business opening dates alone are not treated as proof of a newly built property.

Sinsang Stay may link to official property websites, booking channels, maps, social profiles, and other external services.

Reservations, payments, cancellation rules, account login, personal data entry, and cookies on external websites are controlled by those websites, not by Sinsang Stay.

If Google AdSense or other Google advertising products are used, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user previous visits to this and other websites.

Google advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to serve personalized ads. Users can review or opt out of personalized ads through Google Ads Settings and other industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info.

When ads become active, Sinsang Stay will keep advertising disclosures separate from stay verification wording.

Sinsang Stay may operate display ads, affiliate links, partner links, or paid placements.

Advertising or partner status does not change whether a stay is described as newly opened, newly built, renovated, or simply reviewed for traveler planning.

Request information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, response, record keeping, or legal obligations.

Property owners or rights holders can request a correction or removal review through the contact page once the official channel is available.
