Google Analytics starts only after a visitor allows it through the on-site Analytics choices. When allowed, it measures page routes and a limited set of actions such as region selection, filter use, language changes, stay-card clicks, and outbound booking-link clicks.

Google Analytics may use client identifiers and first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. It may collect the page path without query parameters or fragments, device and browser information, and approximate location. Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied.

Sinsang Stay does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, full outbound URLs, search queries, or free-form messages through its Analytics event helper.

Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days from when they are set or updated.

The GA4 property event-data retention setting is configured to 2 months for user-level and event-level data used in explorations. Google may retain aggregated reporting data for longer under its systems and policies.

Google processes Analytics information on behalf of Sinsang Stay as the Analytics service provider, including through Google systems that may be located outside a visitor’s country.

If you voluntarily email sweetka@naver.com for a factual correction or photo-rights request, Sinsang Stay uses the email address and message content to review and reply to that request. This channel is not for booking support.

Please send only the minimum information needed. Do not include booking references, payment or card details, passport details, or other sensitive personal information. The operator reviews messages within 3 business days. Resolving a correction or rights request may take longer. If you have not heard back, follow up in the same email thread.

Aggregate usage information is used to understand which regions, guides, filters, and booking links help travelers complete their research.

Sinsang Stay does not collect contact submissions through a form. Contact emails are handled only when a visitor voluntarily sends one to the published address for a factual correction or photo-rights request.

Sinsang Stay may link to official property websites, booking channels, maps, social profiles, and other external services.

Reservations, payments, cancellation rules, account login, personal data entry, and cookies on external websites are controlled by those websites, not by Sinsang Stay.

Some Trip.com booking links are affiliate links. Sinsang Stay may earn a commission on qualifying bookings. This does not mean every external link is sponsored, and any commission is not guaranteed.

When a visitor clicks an external Trip.com link, Trip.com or its partners may attribute the referral to Sinsang Stay under their own site policies. Sinsang Stay does not add new scripts or cookies for this affiliate relationship; tracking and cookie handling on the external site are governed by that site’s policies.

Google AdSense ads are not currently served, and the AdSense advertising script is not loaded. Technical ownership settings may be present while the site is prepared.

Sinsang Stay will not begin ad delivery unless the site is eligible in AdSense and the required consent tools and disclosures are ready for the visitor’s region. This policy will be updated with the active advertising and cookie controls before ads are enabled.

Sinsang Stay may operate display ads, partner links, or paid placements in the future. Some Trip.com booking links are currently affiliate links.

Advertising or partner status does not change the factual information provided to travelers.

Contact emails are retained only as needed to handle and reply to a correction or photo-rights request.

A visitor can reopen Privacy choices on the site and reject Analytics. If Analytics was already active, the page reloads with Analytics disabled.
