Opening-date signals
We separate lodging license or public opening signals from building-age proof, so a newly opened property is not automatically described as recently built.
Seoul stay verification
Verified new and recently renovated stays in Korea, written for travelers who want booking confidence before choosing a low-review or recently listed property.
We do not treat every “new” listing the same. A newly opened stay, a recently built hotel, and a renovated room can mean different things. Sinsangstay keeps those claims separate and shows what has been checked.
What we verify
We separate lodging license or public opening signals from building-age proof, so a newly opened property is not automatically described as recently built.
A stay is not shown as booking-ready until its public name and address can be matched across visible traveler-facing sources.
When use-approval or equivalent building evidence is missing, the page says so clearly instead of implying that the property is newly built.
New hotels often have fewer reviews, so we highlight what has been checked and what travelers should still confirm before booking.
Reviewed new stay
Opening or license-date signals were found, but building age and operating details still need careful wording.
New-build verified
Used only when building-use approval or equivalent evidence supports the recently built claim.
Recently renovated stay
Used only when renovation scope and timing can be supported by public or owner-provided evidence.

Best for business trips, clinics, COEX, nightlife, and newer high-rise hotel supply.
Useful when room condition, transport, and late-night return routes matter as much as the opening year.
